My Past Experiences

Hello my friend,

I'd like to tell you a little about my past business experiences so that you may feel more comfortable calling me before meeting face-to-face.

I have been working in different industries over the past years. I fell very lucky that life has treated me very well over the years. I used to work as an investment banking consultant for a couple years and led teams in issuing two initial public offerings (IPOs) before I was accepted into one of the best MBA programs in the States - Marriott Business School of BYU. I worked very hard to take up IT and finance dual tracks and graduated with honor. Then I started working for a big Idaho ccompany as an IT database developer and JDE enterprise ERP system developer for three years. Later on, I found a great opportunity to take responsibility of starting up an international operation in China.

In the following four years as the General Manager of the China Operations, I set up the manufacturing facility from ground zero; the same time I led my team managers to achieve great savings for the U.S. parent company by implementing global sourcing strategies. During this period of time I greatly expanded my business experiences in oprations, finance, sales and marketing, manufacturing, global sourcing and other key areas in order to run an international company. When the China facility was up and running on track, I returned to the Idaho parent company, continuing managing the China operations. Soon I found out that I am not satisfied with being a manager any more, so I decided to start my own business.

That was how I became extremely excited about the Idaho real estate market and wanted to be a part of it. I have increasingly realized that my past experiences across various industries is giving me a tremendous advantage in helping real estate buyers and sellers reach their dreams. I am able to work smarter the same time I am working harder. My goal is to be single-minded focusing on giving unmatched best possible services when you buy or sell your home.
