Red Feather Subdivision is a new subdivision between Ustick, Clovedale, Fairview and Eagle Rd. It is one of the best residential communities developed by CBH Homes, the Number one Idaho builder. This community features summer-time swimming pool, club house and fiber optic super-high speed internet and digital phone bundles.

From my talks with many owners in this subdivision, they are all happy with their purchases. The maintain positive points frequently mentioned by Red Feather home owners include: you have very quiet neighbors; the streets are always clean and you feel safty living around here; It is within short distances to a lot of commercial centers and restaurants; the property management company for the Red Reather subdivision take things very seriously and periodically check for violence of convenents. The subdivision has very strict CCR rules so I believe the properties within Red Feather Subdivision will well maintain and increase their values down the road.
